Our main event for recognising the hard work and success involved in the people, projects and organisations selected for the short-list is our Finalists' Luncheon, held annually every autumn.

This event is complementary and is the forum at which we announce the Short-List for each year's competition.

It includes a video presentation of the short-list itself, together with presentations on what happens next and on maximising PR benefits from being short-listed. It is also an occasion for group and individual photography and video/audio interviews.

The event is an important part of the calendar, and the announcement is an important element in the annual PR campaign that the Awards Committee organises on behalf of the industry. It is also an excellent networking event, and allows the Awards staff to get to meet and chat to the finalists.
