London Awards
These awards are promoted in association with Transport for London, and focus especially on the challenging task of running reliable and high-quality services in the capital.

Operator Awards
These are the awards for different types of operator and operation, covering smaller independently owned operators of fleets of less than 100, larger operators in the shire areas and then operators in our major cities. All these are judged separately before the winners compete head-to-head for the coveted title of UK Bus Operator of the Year. There is also a special category for Express Operations.

People Awards
This category covers the awards we make for people who work in the industry - as managers, planners or people who deliver customer service day in, day out.

Technical & Professional Awards
These awards cover the development and implementation of iniatives to improve the delivery of bus services to the general public - and cover such subjects as innovation, environment, infrastructure, marketing, special services for rural areas, transport authority of the year and the winning of new customers for the industry.
