Judging<\/h1>\n

Led by our Convenor of Judges, Alan Millar, our expert panels of judges are made up from senior industry stakeholders with diverse functions from a wide variety of organisations. The judging process is very thorough and takes place across the summer and early autumn, including interviews for shortlisted candidiates in three of our ‘people’ categories. Additionally, our team of mystery travellers are out and about in the early autumn putting six of the ‘operator’ categories under the microscope to check that service delivery on the road meets what has been said in the entry. The results of the mystery travelling are put together with the judges comments to determine the winners. Finaists are announced online in October and the winners announced at the glittering Presentation Ceremony in London in November.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The finalists for each category are announced online in October, and there is a presentation ceremony in London in November. In 2025 we’ll be returning to Troxy in East London on Tuesday 25th November.<\/p>\n
